The Heket (singular: a Hekin[WIP]) are known as the frogmen, as they the head of frogs and the body of men. Since the beginning of recorded history, this race of people have dwelt in Phobillia, and according to their religion's doctrine, they cannot leave, or else they will die a horrible death. This doctrine was not always present in Phobillia but was first introduced when the Sabedorians invaded the Heket.
Sometimes they are called the Keza (singular: a Kezan) by outsiders. In an ancient tongue from the east, this word means "Danger," and it came about because the Heket were seen as bloodthirsty savages from the inhabitants of the Great Eastern Desert. This interpretation of the Heket mostly came from fear of the unknown
