Morn is the capital city of Bretannia, built on the eastern shore of the island of Skethi, in the middle of its scytheblade-like shape. It is the second largest city of the world by population, home to about three hundred thousand people, surrounded by four concentric circles of walls, and its harbor is home to a massive arsenal where the bulk of the Bretannian fleet stands. Built mostly in stone and obsidian, it is subdivided into several districts, each built around a small bastion which is also the seat of the officiers charged with the city's administration: the Emperor's palace it in the centre of the city, towering above it. The city is also protected by three small rocky islets off its coast, where lighthouses have been built, watching the seas. Merchants can find and sell anything in Morn, and the city is constantly patrolled by a small army of guards that enforce the High King's will in its narrow alleys and streets. The city is also an important manifacturing hub for Bretannia, and much of the artifacts of the realm come from here, while mercenaries and adventurers from as far as Norsca come here to find a job.
