The Empire of Kuromoto rules over the entirety of Creasou. It's capital, Beno, is situated on the island of Takitsu in the center of Creasou.
Kuromoto conquered the nations of Creasou over the course of the 13th and 14th century, justified by the claims to their lands made by the Emperor in 1213 of the third era.
